Missing "else" for 50-80% of plain "if"s

Research Finding:
50% to 80% of plain "if" statements should have had an "else" clause.

IfSQ Defect Indicators based on this finding:

• DP-3—Unexpected State Not Trapped
  Part of a program that uses a value to switch between different branches does not trap unexpected cases.
